The Beat Thang Virtual is definitely a pro beat maker made for your desktop or laptop computer.   It is really hard to beat when it comes down to the performance.  The only reason I have it at #3 is because of the price.  DubTurbo and Sonic Producer are definitely cheaper programs, but the Beat Thang Virtual is serious.  So, if you got 100 bucks to spend on a hip hop beat maker, go with this one, you won’t be disappointed.
